that category will close for that zone until an opening is available. Waiting
lists are available on a first request basis but if you’re in first,
it’s locked down. |

| The third step is to create your marketing offer that
best suits your needs. We have five core offers from which to choose and
we even have product sampling available. Your beautiful four-color offer
is printed on heavy card stock with a gloss finish. Just like everything
else in the package, the quality is first-rate. We can design your offer
or you can send us a file from your marketing department or agency. |
The fourth step is to determine the website and/or
landing page you want the new homeowner’s Personal URL (PURL) to direct
the new homeowner toward. It can be a simple link to your website or the
PURL can go to a unique landing page just for new homeowners. We can design
your special landing page for a nominal design fee or give us the specific
URL and we’ll send the new homeowner your way. |

| The fifth and final step is to use the mailing lists
we secure on your behalf to send follow-up direct mail and outbound calling
campaigns. We send this to you every two weeks. Also, as part of Just Settled
In’s unique online integration we send opt-in email addresses for
you to send follow-up, low-cost email marketing offers. Marketing to new
homeowners begins with the custom gift box, but it doesn’t end there.
